ELEVATE is a luggage storage system installed on train platforms and in public spaces. Based on the belief that the quality of infrastructure plays a vital role in mobility’s shift, ELEVATE first focuses on the convenience and ease of public transport. By improving the way in which luggage can be stored and ensuring temporary independence, ELEVATE aims to cultivate more spontaneous travel behaviour, defined by free decision making and flexibility.

Cabins that are level with the floor, and thus accessible to everyone, shift luggage into an underground storage facility, where it is then stored for the desired period of time. Relocating lockers from cramped, dodgy rooms to more open areas, ELEVATE creates a safer and more pleasant customer experience. Ultimately, ELEVATE faces the modern world's challenge of making mobility more environmentally friendly by encouraging people to shift from personal to collective mobility.
