The second edition of RIMOWA Design Prize continues to address the ever-important topic of mobility. As a word, belief, ideal, and right, we believe that actively addressing this topic is foundational to shaping a more equal design future.

Participating projects can be a physical product, a system, or a service, and must show clear consideration for society, resources, and/or conservation. Projects must be linked to the theme: mobility, but cannot reference RIMOWA, its products, product categories (e.g. luggage, backpacks, etc.), visual identity, or any other proprietary brand information.

All students, regardless of nationality, cultural background, gender, sexual orientation, religion or belief, are encouraged to apply, provided that they are studying in one of the listed universities. Students can apply as individuals, or as a group of two, and must be in their second semester or onwards.
